Mapping together customers from Property over to Travia

To let Travia booking be assigned to the correct customer in Godo Property, you have to connect them together with Customer ID, 

Log into your Godo Property account: 

Click on Guest management.

Then click on Customers.

Here you see an overview of all your customers that have been registered to your account in Godo Property. 

When a new customer is registered in Godo Property, the system makes an ID for each customer. 

This customer ID number needs to be copied into the Cooperation in Travia. 

You need to login into your Travia ccount to continue

Click on My property cooperations

 When you click on My cooperations, an overview of all your cooperations will appear. 

Click on Approved and an overview of this particular cooperation with this travel agency will appear. 

The Customer ID number from Godo Property is entered into the Invoicee ID area and then click on Save.

Please note that it is very important to have the right Customer ID for that particular travel agency from Godo Property and be assigned to the correct travel agency in Travia.
