How to respond to a booking request

1. Click on Property bookings.  Click on the Status filter and select Requested.



2. There you can see all booking requests.  To enter the booking card and respond to the request, click on the booking ID.


3. Here you can see the booking information.  If you accept the request, the booking will enter your booking system as confirmed booking.  If you reject, the travel agent will be notifed and the booking will not enter your booking system.
