Select room type in allotment

When you offer rooms to travel agents as an allotment, you can now select which room types should be available under the room category. 

For example, if you have multiple room types (slg, dlb, trlp) listed as Standard category, then you can choose which particular room type you want to offer in the allotment.

1. Click on Property Allotments

2. Click on the three dots on the right side of the allotment you want to update.  Click on Edit

3.  Now you are inside the allotment.  Here are all the settings and actions you can implement in this allotment.

4.  Here you can click on Available rooms. 

5. Then a drop-down list will appear with all the room types you have listed in that room category. Here you select which room types you want the travel agent to be able to book on this allotment.  In the image below, you can see that only Double Mountain View has been selected.

The room type that you select Synchronized as will be displayed in your PMS as "unused allotment booking".
