BAR stands for Best Available Rate. These are the rates you offer on sales channels such as Booking.com, Expedia, and similar websites.
A BAR price agreement is different from a fixed price list. You need to create a separate price agreement specifically for BAR prices and then assign it to each cooperation where it should apply.
In a BAR price agreement, you do not create seasonal prices for each room type. Instead, you define the pricing for your add-ons, such as breakfast or extra beds and whether they are included, extra or not available.
Add-on products can be created under Property Products.
1. Go to My Properties from the left-hand menu.
2. Click on the property you want to update. This opens the property information page.
3. From the property menu, select the Seasons & Prices tab.
4. Click Add Price Agreement.

5. When asked if you want to copy an existing price agreement, select No.
6. Click on Next.

7. Enter a Name for your price agreement.
8. Select your Invoicing currency.
9. Enable the BAR price agreement toggle.

11. Specify the Acommondation Services pricing, such as whether breakfast or extra beds are included, extra, or not available.

10. Click Save price agreement.
