Travel agencies can send you a cooperation request in Travia. When you receive a request, Travia sends you an email notification with a link to review and respond to it.
1. To view your requests, go to My property contracts.
2. Click on the Waiting for response filter box.

You will now see an overview of unanswered cooperation requests from travel agencies.
3. To open a request, click on Requested on the left side of the request. You can also click on the three dots on the right and select Details.

4. Select the Cancellation Policy and the Price Agreement you want to assign to the travel agency.
5. Choose an Instant Booking Limit if you want to limit how many rooms the agency can book instantly. For example, if you set the limit to 3 rooms and the agency tries to book 4, the entire booking will become a request. You will receive an email notification so you can approve or reject it.
6. In Name List Reminder Days, enter how many days before check-in Travia should remind the agency to send you the full guest name list.
7. In Default invoicee id, enter the Customer ID number from your property management system so that bookings from this travel agency are assigned to the correct customer.

8. If you turn on Use BAR, Travia can use prices from your channel manager when they are lower than the prices in your Price Agreement.
NET pricelist - the prices in the NET pricelist are shown to travel agencies when they book your property in Travia.
GROSS or BAR pricelist - you can give travel agencies a commission, or discount, on your prices. The prices shown to agencies include that commission or discount.
9. If you want to write a message to the travel agency, click on Messages.
10. Click on Accept to accept the cooperation request, or Reject if you do not want to cooperate with the travel agency.
