How do I send a cooperation request to properties?

You can request a contract/cooperation with properties on Travia. 

Click on My agency contracts and see the dashboard for your contracts. Here you can view all of your contracts. Here you also see new properties that have registered in Travia and requests that you still need to response from you. 

There are 3 ways to send out an invite for a cooperation from this platform. 

1. Click View all and an overview of all your contracts/cooperation will appear. 

Click on the blue button in the top right corner Create new contract 

An overview of all the properties on the platform will appear. You can search through the list, you can search by name in the filter status or even filter out a country. 

Select the property by clicking the small box on the left hand side, a green tag will appear. When you have selected the property or properties, you want to send a request to press Next. 

An invite message will appear and you can send a personalized invitation for a cooperation. 

To finalize the request press Invite. 

2. New properties that have registered on the platform. Click Select and Next. 

An invite message will appear where you can send a personalized invitation for a cooperation. Press invite. 

3. From the Contract dashboard you can also press New Contract. The map of the booking engine will appear. 

You can select properties from the list and send an invite. You can also search in specific areas of the country or put a name of the hotel in the filter. 

Click select on the property and next. 

The invite message will appear, you can send a message with the invite. Press Invite. 

As soon as the property has accepted your request for cooperation, you can start booking at that property on Travia.
