How to edit or cancel my bookings?

To edit or cancel your bookings - The property will get a notification of every change you make on the booking.

1. Click on My Agency Bookings.

2. Here you see an overview of your booking. Find the booking you want to edit or cancel. Click on the three dots to the right side and select edit

3. Now you are looking at your booking.  

Here you can

• Communicate with the property, by clicking Messages
• Submit a Namelist
• View the Activity panel
• View Cancellation policy
• Add a room
• Addons

To cancel a booking, simply click on Cancel
