Credit Card information in Travia - how to view it

Its possible to have one user/email applicable to view credit card information provided by the travel agency, in Travia.

The email address is added on the property profile. See below:

To view the credit card information please click on My Property Contracts, find the contract and open it. At the bottom of the contract page there are a few buttons. One of them and press "Request Card".

Then appears "Request card on file details" and the user needs to fill out their email address and the reason to view the card.

Then a "View card" should appear. Then a pop up to add the "access code", that the user got sent to their email. When the access code has been entered the user will get a full view of the credit card details.
