Fill out the registration form and click on Register.

After you have created an account, you will receive an email that asks you to activate your account. This is a security validation.  After you have activated your account, you can log in with your email address and password you created.

When registered in Travia, we must activate your car rental account.  Contact us at support@caren.io or hello@travia.is and ask us to activate your account.

1. When your account has been activated, Click on Create Car Rental Company

2.  Basic Information.  Select your account in Account.  Fill out the Car System as "Channex Cars".  We will send you the Mapping Key after we have activated your account.  Insert that code in the Mapping key field.

Fill out all necessary fields with your information, and click on Next.

4. Car mapping - Here you can add your car types.  Click on New Car Type.  A dropdown list will appear with all of your car types.  Once you have selected the car type you would like to add in Travia, click on Save.

When you have added the car types, click on Next.

5. Rate Mapping - In this section, you can add rate plans to each car type.   

To add rate plans for a car type, click on New Rate Plan. Once you have selected a car type, you can see all rate plans available. Click on the checkmark box to select a rate plan and click on Save.

You can always unmap a rate plan by clicking the three dots and selecting Delete.

Click on Next to proceed.

6. Checklist - After verifying everything is updated accordingly, click on the Launch button in the bottom right corner.  If the launch is successful, the same button will be renamed Offline and you can deactivate it at any time.  Next to the offline button is a Create new branch button which navigates you to the Basic Information section for a new car rental company, but under the same rental car company account.
